On initial enquires regarding the trip, everyone in the office that I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating with any questions that I had. On booking the trip ( the first Lions trip that we had done ) I felt that I had booked the right company and this was justified in a fantastic tour. Great, met some wonderful people, although it was a group tour there was time to go off and do your own thing. Never once did we feel pressurised by the tour reps to do things that we really didn't want to do. It was a good balance of free time and those planned group activities such as the rugby, food and drink. Cannot speak highly of all the reps, even those that came out later with shorter tours. Any issues or concerns were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Mark should be proud of the effort made by all his staff. As our first Lions experience I cannot speak highly of you. On speaking to other people on tour with other companies they were complaining that a lot of the tour lacked a personal touch, and everything seemed to be done on mass. I even passed on your company's details to other tourists, hoping that they may get the same experience that we had in NZ. Thanks for an amazing adventure that we will never forget.

All organisational aspects of the tour were outstanding. Never any doubt as to where we should have been to take full advantage of the tour. The standards of customer care was second to none. All ran pretty smoothly, a great tour. Our operative was excellent, can't sing his praises enough. was always very professional whilst displaying a good sense of humour, a very likeable man. Always seemed to be around on duty so if you had an issue he would be on the spot to sort it out. The tour was excellent, all the staff were excellent, professional, worked hard for us and were fun to travel with. I would recommend your services to anyone, and would certainly consider traveling with yourselves again.

My first rugby organised tour. Everything was in hand... all I had to do was get to each coach on time. The chatting to the rugby personalities was not expected when I booked and turned out to be great. Hotels were all very good quality.
